Why can't I unmute my call?

Your conference could be in "Lecture Mode" which disables the mute/unmute options and puts all callers in listen only mode.

You'll need to adjust your Conference code to Conversation Mode to be able to unmute/mute from your host phone or call manager.

To view this setting, please go to My Account > Account Settings, scroll down to Default Conference Settings.
