Located under My Account > Account settings, scroll down to Default Conference Settings.

Conversation Mode: Allows host to mute and unmute conference along with callers joining unmuted and free to speak.

Lecture Mode: Will put all callers in listen only mode and muted upon entry. This does disable the ability to unmute the call.

If you need to adjust the setting, this must be made prior to your call starting for it to take effect.
